4-Antibody’s intellectual property base encompasses the technology for developing and optimising fully human antibodies in all major pharmaceutical markets. Countries included are, amongst others, the U.S., the EC, Switzerland, Japan and China.
The European patent EP1321477(B1) was granted in October 2004. National patents have also been granted in 15 European countries.
National patents in 8 non-EC countries have been granted under PCT application WO03068819(A1), and 2 further national patents are pending.
