Pipeline
In addition to utilizing our proprietary antibody discovery technologies and know-how for collaborative partnerships, 4-Antibody has recently started to develop its own internal antibody drug development pipeline.
The focus of this effort is in the three major areas of Infectious Diseases, Oncology and Autoimmunity/Inflammation.
The most advanced pipeline program is in the area of infectious diseases, where we are developing a ‘best-in-class’ fully human antibody targeting the human Cytomegalovirus (hCMV). This program is currently entering IND-enabling preclinical and clinical development for the treatment of bone marrow and hematopoietic stem cell patients at risk of hCMV infections.
Additional pipeline programs are in the discovery and/or lead selection phase, including programs in oncology (tumor targeting and immune regulation) as well as in autoimmune/inflammatory conditions.
