4-Antibody development pipeline
4-Antibody’s internal development pipeline is focused on clinically validated targets in specialty medicine. Our major therapeutic focuses are in auto-immune and inflammatory diseases (AIID), and oncology. In addition, we also have a programme to develop therapeutic antibodies against a viral target. 4-Antibody’s therapies have the potential to offer doctors and patients valuable alternatives to many currently available therapies, which are often immunogenic or suffer from poor responder rates. As our entire discovery and selection process occurs inside lymphocytes, natural ‘built-in’ quality control and selection mechanisms should ensure that issues relating to immunogenicity will be non-existent or minimal.
